Mr. Akouris has been in the collection industry since 1984 and carries degrees in both Communication and Business Administration from North Park College in Chicago, Illinois. As a frequent speaker and educator on commercial and consumer collections, as well as negotiation techniques, he has received recognition and accolades throughout the United States.
