Cosmopolitan Service Corporation is licensed by the State of Illinois, which requires a $25,000 Surety Bond. We carry a $300,000 bond through the Commercial Collection Agency Association. This provides for a certificate of compliance earned annually, by adhering to the declaration of fair practices of collection agencies and the code of ethics adopted by the Commercial Collection Agency Association.

Cosmopolitan Service Corporation is also a member of the American Collectors Association and the Illinois Collectors Association.
